This pleasant patient from Akron, Ohio contacted Dr. Medalie of Cleveland Plastic Surgery at his Cleveland, Ohio east side office to discuss breast augmentation with silicone breast implants. She did not want to be too large due to the fact that she was an avid runner and elected to have 270 cc, smooth, round moderate profile silicone implants placed in the sub-muscular plane. She is shown three months after her procedure and is very pleased with her breast enhancement surgery.
