This patient from Akron, Ohio contacted Dr. Medalie of Cleveland Plastic Surgery at his Cleveland, Ohio Beachwood office to discuss breast augmentation with silicone breast implants. She wanted to be a full “C’ to small “D” cup after the breast enhancement surgery and elected to have 350 cc, smooth, round moderate profile silicone implants placed in the sub-muscular plane. She is shown 4 months after her breast enlargement procedure and is very pleased with her breast implant surgery.
